Apogee South Beach – Prestigious and Expensive Condos

My latest market study of the ultra-prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood reveals that Apogee South Beach is the King. With its condominium units selling for over $2,500 per square foot, it is the market leader in dollar per square foot pricing. This comes as no surprise due to the location and highly exclusive nature of the building. The development plan for Apogee South Beach was to create a uniform building of extremely large condo units.  The units are so large that they really don’t feel like condos are all – many feel like they are more like homes in the sky…with insanely beautiful views. There are plenty of other South Beach condos that fall within that range (3,101 to 4,145 sqft), but there are not any other entire buildings in the area that have every unit fall within the extra large (and extra expensive) range. This gives the building a very high barrier to entry.  You simply can not own at Apogee unless you are able to pay several million dollars for the real estate.

The high barrier to entry for Apogee South Beach means that upon acquiring your condominium unit, you’ll be in a select group of company.  The average walk around the pool or trip to the gym can be a great opportunity to meet new friends with like-minded interests.  These psychological factors mixed in with incredible, five star resort-like amenities make Apogee Miami Beach condos a prime choice for those looking for the best of the best. It’s a beacon for affluence and celebrities.  My favorite celeb encounter at Apogee South Beach was meeting the amazing Hall of Fame coach and now President of the Miami Heat, Pat Riley.

Apogee South Beach Balconies

In walking through any of the three or four bedroom floorplans of Apogee South Beach condos, one thing immediately leaps out as an AMAZing feature.  Each balcony has a depth of 11 feet, which is a staggering number for Miami Beach condos.  This sheer depth and the full extension around the home provides an incredible indoor/outdoor lifestyle feel that is simply stunning – with the views of the Atlantic Ocean and Bay of Biscayne.  It’s luxury condo living at its finest.  Another fantastic addition are the summer kitchens on each balcony.  Again, this feature is highly unusual for South Beach condos – allowing a true unrestricted single family home feeling.

Incredible Interior and Exteriors

The architecture of Apogee South Beach has a distinctively modern, Asian-inspired feel that stands out in the Miami Beach skyline. However, the external impression isn’t the best part; it’s what’s inside the building that makes Apogee South Beach truly special.  The condos at Apogee South Beach feature gas fireplaces, designer kitchen cabinetry, midnight kitchens in master bedrooms, brand-new appliances, elegant master bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling, ten-foot ceilings, keyless door entry, smart panel technology, and pre-wired communications. Each unit at Apogee has an enclosed, private air-conditioned two-car garage, and private elevator access.  The neighboring towers of the Continuum and Portofino Tower are special, but Apogee wins when interior unit specialities are compared.

Most Valuable Condos on South Beach

The five star resort-like amenities of the luxurious building offer condo owners an incredible pool deck with a full service staff.  The infinity-edge swimming pool’s beautiful and inviting design utilizes super comfortable lounge decks within the pool.  A calm and serene spa exists on the premises to allow for complete relaxation and bliss after a hard day at work for residents. The interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg has created a tasteful and inviting feel throughout the common grounds and lobby.  All in all, there is a reason why Apogee South Beach condos are the most valuable on all of Miami Beach.  A perfect location, beautiful building and intriguing group of neighbors all make this condo development second to none.
